1. Services

Dynasty Concierge provides private, non-clinical coaching and energy-clearing services for individuals, animals, homes, properties, and other environments. Services may also include non- clinical support relating to grief, life transitions, relationships, and emotionally challenging circumstances.

2. No Professional or Regulated Services

Dynasty Concierge does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, counseling, veterinary, legal, financial, tax, investment, real estate brokerage, property management, appraisal, inspection, or other regulated professional services.

Nothing provided by Dynasty Concierge constitutes a diagnosis, treatment, professional advice, or substitute for services provided by an appropriately licensed professional.

3. Property Energy Clearing

Property Energy Clearing is a non-real-estate service intended to support the energetic transition of a property into its next chapter.

No representation, warranty, or guarantee is made regarding the sale, lease, rental, valuation, marketability, timing, pricing, offers, or financial outcome of any property.

Dynasty Concierge does not act as a real estate broker, salesperson, agent, property manager, appraiser, or inspector.

4. Animals

Energy-clearing services involving animals are not veterinary services and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any illness, injury, disease, or behavioral condition.

5. No Guarantee of Results

All services are provided without any guarantee of a particular result or outcome. Individual experiences and results may vary.

6. Client Responsibility

The client remains solely responsible for their decisions and actions. Clients are responsible for obtaining independent professional advice whenever appropriate, including medical, mental-health, veterinary, legal, financial, tax, investment, or real estate advice.

7. Online Sessions

Remote sessions are provided as non-clinical services. By participating in an online session, the client acknowledges the nature and limitations of the services and agrees that Dynasty Concierge does not provide licensed professional services.

8. Emergencies

Dynasty Concierge does not provide emergency or crisis services. In an emergency, contact 911 or the appropriate emergency service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dynasty Concierge shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from participation in its services. Nothing herein limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

11. Acknowledgment

By booking or participating in a Dynasty Concierge service, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, including the non-clinical nature of the services and the absence of any guarantee of results.
